We are in the day and age where men are not alone on the quest for the next geeky gadget. Gone are the times where the latest technology and objects of geeky desire reside in the realms of the male subconscious. Nowadays, more and more gadgets and accessories are targeted to the "fairer sex", with everything from LV iPad cases to laptops that pass as fashion statements.
Now, we may not have the iPad officially, and neither do our neighbours down under, but that hasn't stopped Aussie clothing label iClothing from putting together what they call an iDress. Now, at one glance, you will be able to tell that it was designed by an Aussie because of how the dress resembles a certain marsupial and national treasure. Instead of a baby roo, ladies will have room to store their iPad and iTampons (sorry couldn't resist).
The dress in itself is not that bad, and it could easily tide one over to her next black tie affair or even just for a night out on the town, but add in an pad pouch with an iPad so obviously concealed within? It just screams kitcsh from high heavens. What's next? An iPad T-Shirt? Oh wait, they have those too.
The iDress and iTee launch when the iPad hit stores down under, May 28th and will retail for A$89 (RM245) and A$44 (RM121) respectively
